Job Description
Alsip MiniMill, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Millwright to join their team at Alsip MiniMill. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy industrial environments and be able to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and install parts and upgrades as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years' experience in heavy industrial environment, journeyman-level experience as a millwright, pipe fitter, metal worker
- Thorough understanding of and compliance with codes and OSHA regulations
- Basic Hydraulics & Pneumatics; Blueprint reading
- Experience in rebuild and installation of pumps, gearboxes, and valves
