Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural related discipline
- Experience in row crop with emphasis on seed production
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operations
- Strong seedsmanship skills and general product knowledge
- Problem solving skills, strategic analysis, and communication skills
