Field sales agronomist

We are hiring the Technical Expert - Field Sales Agronomist to cover the West of Romania. The role involves collecting and interpreting technical needs of users, influencers and channel partners for products and product programs.

Requirements

• Degree: Agronomist
• Other valuable requirements: PhD, MSc, strong agronomic background
• Experience: Valuable in similar roles
• Strong technical knowledge about pests and crops
• Advanced written and spoken English and Romanian
• Effective use of computers and MS Office
• Broad knowledge in agronomy/crop protection
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good listener and interpreter of views from a wide range of inputs
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
• Great analysis ability
• Effective public speaking skills
• Results and business-oriented
• Problem solving and adaptability
