- Coach and exhibit professional agronomy salesmanship
- Educate and empower our Pioneer agency network to deliver a best-in-class grower experience
- Lead local trials and agronomy communications plan to support grower education and sales growth
- Maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Pioneer seed products
