Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2-4 years of experience in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, or a scientific-related field
• Associate's or Bachelor's in agriculture or scientific field with 0-4 years’ experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
• Commitment to excellent safety and risk management practices
• Competency with standard Microsoft Office programs and capacity to learn new technologies and software
• Handling of large volumes of data
• Physical ability to do physical lifting and work outdoors in varying weather and ergonomic environments
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work extended days and weekends at critical times of the season
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide applicator license/certification
• Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and ability to drive medium-duty trucks and trailers (10,000-25,999 GVWR)
