Production Agronomy Specialist

Production Agronomy Specialist is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling the seed production cycle for key crops, ensuring compliance with certification and phytosanitary requirements, and managing partner relationships.

Requirements

• Organize and control the entire seed production process in partner farms
• Ensure compliance with approved cultivation and crop protection technologies for corn, sunflower, and winter rapeseed
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of all field operations in accordance with technological maps
• Ensure compliance with national legislation and industry standards related to seed production
• Organize and support phytosanitary field inspections and field certification of seed production fields
• Negotiate with seed producers and partner farms
• Maintain long-term and effective partnership relationships
• Analyze seasonal seed production results
• Prepare internal production and performance reports
• Provide agronomic and technical support to colleagues from other farms or regions
