Production Technician

At Corteva Agriscience, we are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at the Woodhull, Illinois corn and soybean production facility. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with general plant, field, and warehouse operations, and accurately monitoring highly automated equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess good computer aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in elevated areas and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
• Ability to use Microsoft Applications and learn company-specific applications
• Valid US Driver's License
• Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
• One (1) year of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or related industry
• Knowledge or experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles
• General knowledge and/or experience with field and/or agriculture equipment
