Job Description
You will help grow what’s next at Corteva Agriscience as a Seed Processing Specialist in Tlajomulco, Jalisco, directing and optimizing seed processing research management processes, supervising a team of over 50 collaborators, and ensuring high operational standards and effective coordination.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, or related disciplines.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
- More than three years in areas related to seed management and processing, demonstrating technical expertise in drying, deshelling, treatment, packaging, equipment calibration, and inventory management, preparation of experimental plots.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power BI, as well as the ability to manage databases, use internal corporate applications, and willingness to learn new technological platforms.
- Proven skills to lead teams of more than 50 people, maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships, promoting a respectful and ethical environment, and exercising clear, assertive, and effective communication.
