Job Description
We are a healthcare AI platform expanding access to medical expertise, reducing errors, and making care more affordable, accessible, and human again. We are seeking a Developer Relations Engineer (German-speaking) to join our Activation Team and drive technical onboarding, build trust, and grow utilization of our healthcare API infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer success, support, or similar roles
- Fluency in English and German (C1 minimum)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript) and a strong understanding of RESTful APIs
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Curious problem-solver with adaptability and a passion for AI, customer experience, and healthcare innovation
