Job Description
Corti is a healthcare AI platform that aims to provide medical expertise to everyone, no matter where they are. We're building the infrastructure to close the gap between medical knowledge and human capacity. The Senior Customer Success Engineer (French-speaking) will be responsible for driving technical onboarding, building trust, and growing utilization of our healthcare API infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, support, or similar roles
- Fluency in English and French (C1 minimum)
- Technical fluency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
- Clear communication skills
- Curious problem-solving skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments
