We're seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to join our team and help us design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implement positive behavior strategies, and document session data to track treatment goals.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree
- Ability to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius
