Business Manager

At Cortland Partners, you'll have the opportunity to lead as a Business Manager, partnering with the General Manager to lease apartment homes, lead a leasing team, and enhance the resident experience. You'll champion efficient office operations, quality curb appeal, and office and model cleanliness, while promoting adherence to Cortland's missions, vision, and values.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in property management or customer service-related industry
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual abilities (written and verbal) may be required
• Computer software experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneSite preferred
