Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Development to design and lead our acquisition strategy, identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions that expand our technology capabilities, accelerate innovation, and strengthen our market position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to technology or software sectors
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfort with valuation of early-stage and IP-driven businesses
- Excellent relationship builder — able to engage founders, investors, and executives with credibility
