Job Description
The HRIS Analyst supports the HRIS suite of systems, identifying areas of improved efficiency, researching and resolving issues, building complex reports, analyzing and interpreting data, as well as the completion of various projects related to the system and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted for degree)
- 2+ yearsâ experience in HRIS with progressive responsibilities; experience leading projects preferred
- UKGPro/WFM experience strongly preferred; Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP, etc. a plus
- Cognos, Business Intelligence experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
