Job Description
CorVel Corporation is hiring a Medical Case Manager I to work from home and on the road, making a meaningful difference in the lives of injured workers and their families. The role involves providing in-person and telephonic medical case management, working collaboratively with patients, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Provide in-person and telephonic medical case management to individuals
- Collaborate with patients, medical providers, and other stakeholders
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient's progress
- Travel to assigned locations for home visits and other purposes
- Conduct home visits for initial evaluations
- Implement care, such as negotiating the delivery of durable medical equipment and nursing services
