Job Description
User Configuration Specialist ensures accurate user setup and access, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. The role involves setting up and maintaining users within complex application environments, troubleshooting and resolving user-related issues, and managing user accounts in proprietary applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining users within complex application environments
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for troubleshooting and process improvement
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including writing and optimizing queries with various joins
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and operational efficiency
- 3+ years of experience supporting software applications in complex environments
- Expertise in user setup and role management within complex systems
- Familiarity with support ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Remedy)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Demonstrated work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
- History of delivering outstanding customer service in a challenging environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills
