Job Description
This position is responsible for performing duties required in the commissioning, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of distribution protective, regulatory, switching and communication systems associated with the SCADA/ADMS infrastructure. Provide leadership and guidance end-to-end-user support to operators, engineers, and other SCADA users to ensure proper operation of protection relaying schemes and SCADA systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology
- Two years of direct work-related experience
- Proficient use of computer systems
- High-level knowledge of AC and DC power systems
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to drive occasionally
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
