Requirements
- E-commerce professional with a strong background in product-based retail or consumer goods
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in complex, multi-market environments
- Strategic mindset combined with operational understanding of Amazon and DTC ecosystems
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Being based in Berlin or willing to relocate is a strong plus
