Job Description
Cosmo Prof positions are part of the CosmoPro line of beauty product wholesale and retail distribution. The assistant manager will oversee all store operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and provide support to the Store Manager. They will be responsible for brand standards, team leadership, inventory management, and maintaining store security. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, focused on driving business goals and fostering a positive store environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year management experience preferred
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
