Job Description
The Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist is the brand's steward, ensuring product dominance in all aspects of hair color and talent development, technical skills, social media, business, and selling. This role focuses on driving sales, building customer loyalty, and providing beauty education, both in-store and virtually. It requires extensive online learning and certification.
Requirements
- One year retail or other sales focused experience
- Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada
- Reliable transportation
- Strong business acumen and sales reporting abilities
- Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising
- Working knowledge of POS applications
- Strong knowledge of computers, iPads, mobile devices and social media platforms
- Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility to work additional hours
