Job Description
The Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is key to the success of the CosmoProf/BSG line, responsible for all aspects of the colour and curl business. This role focuses on customer retention, expanding brand awareness, and technical and sales skill development. It involves providing product knowledge, consultations, merchandising, store operations, and handling customer interactions.
Requirements
- One year retail sales experience
- Licensed cosmetologist
- Reliable transportation
- Working in scheduled hours
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
