Job Description
As a Store Manager at CosmoProf Canada, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and the development of associates while ensuring a great customer experience. You will oversee store operations, manage talent, and foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion
