TRANSPORTATION MANAGER

This position is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing domestic transportation to support outbound store deliveries and key partnerships with internal/external customers and vendors. The Transportation Manager will create and sustain a customer service model that exceeds expectations and provides leadership and direction to Transportation staff and associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of Traffic/Freight Management and Transportation experience in retail or similar environment
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with quick decision-making and effective communication
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and freight rating software
• Experiences in analytics software such as Tableau, Power BI, Clik,...
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Practical experience with a Transportation Management System and Freight Audit System
• Experience performing in a goal-setting environment
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work with all levels in the organization along with 3rd party partners
