Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT field
• At least 17 years of specific expertise in IT development
• At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus
• Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements
• Extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements
• Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager
• Rapid self-starting capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
• Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
• Strong capacity to give high-level presentations
• Excellent critical thinker
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
• Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment
