UiPath Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking a UiPath Functional Business Analyst to support intelligent automation initiatives across enterprise and public-sector–adjacent environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong functional BA background, understands how to translate operational workflows into automation-ready requirements, and can guide stakeholders through automation adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or process improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience supporting UiPath automation programs (functional role)
• Strong background in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into automation-ready requirements
