Job Description
Costa Farms is seeking a Driver to join their team in Apopka, FL. The Driver will be responsible for repositioning company-owned equipment across various farm locations, transporting trailers, and providing assistance with loading and off-loading. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) CLASS A, at least 2 years of experience in operating semi tractors, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) CLASS A
- At least 2 years of experience in operating semi tractors
- Ability to read and interpret reports, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in loading and unloading rolling racks and other materials safely and efficiently
- Working Condition & Physical Requirements: Monday to Friday shift schedule, effective verbal communication skills, physical ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, able to push or move products on rolling racks weighing between 50 to 100 pounds, occasionally up to 150 pounds
