Associate Photographer – Moreno Valley, CA

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to join their team. The role involves capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints of residential homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to showcase properties in the most pleasing way possible. The Associate Photographer will work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team, and will be responsible for navigating commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory, and ensuring complete data coverage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Real Estate Photography experience required
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography
• FAA Part 107 License/Certification
• Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Field experience preferred
