Associate Photographer- Orlando, FL

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to support marketing efforts on its industry-leading marketplaces, Homes.com and Apartments.com. The successful candidate will capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints, create a portfolio of photographs, and work closely with clients, sales associates, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Real Estate Photography experience required
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer
• Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Field experience preferred
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start
