Bilingual Associate Research Consultant-French/English

Bilingual Associate Research Consultant-French/English role at CoStar Group involves managing commercial real estate contacts, gathering market information, and updating the database. The position requires building relationships with brokers, property owners, and other professionals, as well as providing world-class customer service to clients. The role is in office Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Contribute to the growth of an accurate and complete database of commercial real estate inventory
• Conduct 50+ daily inbound and outbound phone calls with brokers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals
• Investigate new space listings, recent sale and lease transactions, building ownership and construction in a market
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Partner with clients to help them position and market their properties on the CoStar platform
