The Sales Japan, Tokyo role is responsible for sustaining and driving the growth of hotel participants and wider industry clients from the agreed strategy for Japan, maintaining STR's position as the market leader in global hotel benchmarking.

Requirements

• Generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotels and industry partners
• Manage, retain, and develop client relationships growing data, product use and subscription value
• Development of and implementation of strategic account management plans
• Negotiate and renew client contracts
• Presentations to on-board and educate existing and new clients of STR's products
• Represent STR at client meetings, third party and industry conferences including delivering market data insight presentations at client and industry events
