Consultant - Value & Access

Join Costello Medical as a Consultant to lead end-to-end Value & Access projects, leveraging your expertise in the German HTA and broader market access landscape to deliver high-quality work for clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ industry experience, ideally within a consulting environment or alternatively a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
• Strong understanding of the German access landscape for pharmaceuticals and direct experience in AMNOG dossiers
• Experience from global market access projects, including a solid understanding of global access drivers, payer evidence needs, and the interplay between clinical, economic, and policy considerations
• A degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent)
• Fluent in English
• An entrepreneurial spirit to proactively spot opportunities, shape innovative market access solutions, and take ownership of the growth of client relationships and project pipelines
