As a Digital Designer at Costello Medical, you will be involved in a wide range of digital design projects for clients within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production. The role involves developing digital materials, collaborating with creative colleagues and project managers, and delivering high-quality project deliverables. You will have the opportunity to support not only commercial projects but also pro bono work for charities and the public sector.
Requirements
- A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio
- Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting
- Technical knowledge of email/web/application development, including practical experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience applying UI/UX design principles across a wide range of digital deliverables
- Good working knowledge of Figma, or a strong desire to learn
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
- A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, an excellent level of productivity and the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships
