Chief of Staff

We are looking for an analytical thinker with an absolute “Gets-it-done” mentality to serve as the right-hand man of the C-Levels, solve our most complex growth challenges, and drive strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will take ownership of critical Go-to-Market projects, identify inefficiencies in our funnels, and develop data-driven solution approaches to scale our revenue engine.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm or similar strategic role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Strong affinity for B2B software metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn) and ideally projects in GTM Strategy, Sales Excellence, or Pricing
• Analytical excellence and proficiency in Financial/Commercial Modeling
• Fluent German (native level) and excellent English skills
