Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for shaping and influencing the customer success structure for the subcontractor segment. They will accompany subcontractors through onboarding, support, and analyze usage to ensure they achieve concrete, measurable results.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a comparable role
- Strong communication skills, both in direct customer interaction and in workshops or webinars
- Data-affinity, with the ability to work skillfully with KPIs and interpret usage data
- Native level of German (C2) is essential, further language skills are an asset
