Job Description
Production Manager / Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level. Manage daily production operations across sewing, cutting, finishing, mechanics, packaging, and planning.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in garment production, preferably outerwear or sportswear
- Proven experience supervising sewing lines and large production teams
