Coterie is seeking a Care Center Specialist to provide exceptional service to agents and policyholders, ensuring a seamless experience from quote to post-bind servicing. This role requires active Property & Casualty (P&C) License, 2+ years of insurance experience, and strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• 2+ years of experience in insurance service, sales support, or related roles
• 2–3+ years of experience in a remote, call center, or customer-facing environment
