Customer Experience Specialist (P&C Licensed)

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist with a Property and Casualty Producer license to deliver efficient and accurate service to customers in the commercial insurance space. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or a related field and be passionate about creating simpler internal insurance operations procedures.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
• Property & Casualty Producer license in your home state and open to pursuing licensing in all states within 45 days of hire
• Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements
• Expertise with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate
