- Data & Reporting Analysis: Translating business needs into specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions; Working with data engineering and BI teams to validate source-to-report data mapping.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Operational Reporting Development Support: Partnering with BI developers to design effective operational reports and dashboards; Performing functional testing and validation of developed reports against requirements.
