Business Analyst (Analista de Negocios)

A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify reporting and analytics needs, analyze operational processes, and deliver data-driven solutions. The BA ensures that business goals are translated into accurate requirements and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and analytics products that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Gathering & Documentation: Requirements gathering & documentation; Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify operational reporting needs, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Data & Reporting Analysis: Translating business needs into specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions; Working with data engineering and BI teams to validate source-to-report data mapping.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Operational Reporting Development Support: Partnering with BI developers to design effective operational reports and dashboards; Performing functional testing and validation of developed reports against requirements.
• Process Improvement & Governance: Identifying opportunities for improving operational processes and reporting workflows; Supporting adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
