Job Description
Cottage Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join their new program in Santa Barbara, CA. The ideal candidate will have completed a residency in internal medicine or family medicine, be board-certified or board-eligible, and have experience managing complex, acute inpatient care.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
- Prior hospitalist experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care and participating in quality improvement initiatives
