Cottage Health seeks a Patient Account Representative to work hospital/physician accounts to ensure timely resolution, perform charge reviews, retro-reviews, and follow-up on claim submission, remittance review for insurance collections, pursue disputed balances and resolve credit balances from both government and non-government entities.
