Physical Therapist Assistant

The Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for their Outpatient department. The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide patient care consistent with the Scope of Practice Standards and Code of Ethics of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the California Board of Physical Therapy.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California
• AHA BLS certified
• Knowledge of techniques and modalities of physical therapy
• Knowledge of body mechanics, including procedure for handling and moving patients
