Physician- Primary Care Team as an Internist

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internist (MD or DO) to join our Rural Health Clinic in beautiful Woodsville, New Hampshire. In this full-time role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to delivering excellent care.

Requirements

• Consult with patients to understand symptoms and health concerns
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and preventive care
• Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
• Provide health education related to wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention
• Administer immunizations and order/interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate care with other specialists
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support optimal outcomes for patients
