Senior-Level Life Science Project Manager

Role Overview

We are building a pipeline of Senior-Level Life Science Project Managers to support upcoming projects in Seattle, WA. These roles will focus on delivering complex construction projects for life sciences, pharmaceutical, and research facilities, ensuring projects meet client expectations on schedule, budget, and quality.

What You Will Do

Lead projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, and turnover. Manage complex budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and reporting processes. Oversee client and vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in construction, with a proven track record delivering complex projects
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in project management software (Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills
