Technical Insurance Trainer – Property & Casualty

Cottingham & Butler is seeking a Technical Insurance Trainer to design and deliver training programs for their Property & Casualty teams, building expertise, confidence, and performance. The role involves building and leading a technical training curriculum, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts, and measuring training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience participating in or facilitating insurance brokerage training programs
• Background in commercial insurance brokerage operations
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance fundamentals
• Experience designing or delivering technical training in a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools
• Experience with instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) is a plus
