Job Description
Supports the Worship Team by mixing audio for live services, streaming, and recordings, and coordinating event setup and production needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous paid audio experience
- Familiarity and competence in digital routing to Dante Level 1 and Q-Sys user
- Previous paid audio experience as A1, A2 (FOH, MON, and/or Broadcast)
- Knowledge of large format Audio Systems and related equipment (e.g., recording, RF planning, troubleshooting)
- Knowledge and experience with the functions and operations of audio engineering for both live and studio applications
- Knowledge and experience with the processes of production and creative development for live audio mixing
- Team Player
- Take ownership, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship building, team coaching, and development skills
- The ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational management skills
