Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in efficiently maintaining our community, providing strong leadership and attention to detail to ensure our residents feel at home.

Requirements

• Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) certification required
• EPA certification Type I and II
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
• Valid Driver's License required
