Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of general maintenance, handyman experience
• Certification in building maintenance, HVAC or plumbing is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Skills in the use of power tools, materials, and equipment
• Computer proficiency preferred
