Job Description
Join our rapidly growing Property Management Team as a Field Technician! Perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing properties, responding to customer service requests, and ensuring excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of general maintenance, handyman experience
- Certification in building maintenance, HVAC or plumbing is a plus
- Valid Ohio driver's license with less than 2 points
