Requirements
- Read, write, and speak English
- Ability to move and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Climb stairs, ladders, and navigate elevation changes
- Work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends
- Perform repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Troubleshoot HVAC
- Possess EPA certification Type II or Universal and CPO certification
- Hold a valid Driver's License
