Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of our property, including maintenance and office functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong leasing, sales, and customer service background, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Property Manager or related experience
- Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience
- REIT experience preferred
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred
- Entrata Core experience a plus
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred
